Privacy notice

This is a fictional demonstration operated by Vision2. Use made-up names, test addresses and synthetic questions only.

What is stored and visible

Bookings, enquiries, shop orders and assistant questions can be stored on the demo server. Public diaries and calendars show booking activity without visitor names. The trade portal and shop use shared demonstration accounts: anything entered while signed in can be visible to other people using that account. Do not upload personal or confidential information.

Messages and payments

Outbound WordPress email is blocked on these public demos. Assistant handoffs are simulations, and no team will reply. Text-message examples are simulations. Checkout uses a demonstration gateway; do not enter card details. Nothing here is a real booking, purchase or service request.

Reset and retention

Maintenance is configured to remove visitor demo bookings, orders, enquiries and assistant logs once they are more than a day old. It runs when WordPress scheduled tasks execute, so deletion is not guaranteed at exactly 24 hours. Seeded sample records and shared account content may remain. This is a demonstration, not a place to store your information.

Browser storage

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, carts, booking steps, assistant sessions and display choices.
